Where do the Proceeds go?

  • A portion of net profits will be donated animal shelters and tp have stuffed animals made to look like Bentley to give to children in hospitals!  Our goal is to provide a stuffed animal of Bentley wearing a Bentley Paws shirt to every sick child in the hospital across America.

Do you donate to other charitable causes too?

  • We are hoping to donate to other organizations in time in which we will create special prints specific to their cause.  Here are some we hope to donate to: The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Toys For Tots, The American Heart Association, Police K-9 units and more!  If you know of any organization that you think we should donate to feel free to email us.

Where is your company located?

  • Bentley Paws LLC is located in Delphi, IN. 

Do you have a customer service phone line I can call?

  • At this time we don't have a dedicated phone line for Bentley Paws. However, you can call our parent company Hometown Shirts 765-564-3066.
  • You can also contact us at sales@bentleypaws.com so that we can better assist you.  Email is truthfully the best way to reach us as we are always checking our emails.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

  • Yes we do gift cards.  Our gift cards are available in $25, $50, $75, $100.  We don't mail gift cards out they will come via email.  Keep in mind the way our gift cards work is that they is no money given back and that the card must be used all at once.  When purchasing gift cards just be sure to purchase equal to or more than the gift card is worth.

How long will it take to receive my order within the U.S.?

  • We make every effort to process orders within 7-10 business days of when they are received.  As long is the item is in stock.  Our inventory is constantly changing and with this brand of shirts being very popular it is extremely hard to stay up on what is in stock.  If we find that the item you are wanting is out of stock we will contact you immediately to see if we can substitute another color or if you want to wait for the item to come back in stock.
  • Once the package is shipped it can take 3-10 business days to be delivered.

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

  • Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is sent out. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

  • Yes you will receive your tracking number once your order ships!  All orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number. 

Do you ship international?

  • As of right now we are not set up to ship international orders.  Hopefully we can add this option soon. 

What is your U.S. return policy?

  • You can return or exchange any merchandise for up to 15 days after the delivery date.
  • Approved returns made after 15 days of the delivery date will be refunded via an emailed store credit. We can only accept returns for store credit for up to 30 days after the delivery date.
  • Please print and fill out our Returns & Exchanges form. Include this form in your return shipment and we will promptly complete the exchange or return and send it back.
  • Please note that all items must be unwashed and unworn. Items sent back with any stains including makeup and deodorant stains, will not be accepted for exchange. We are also unable to accept items for return or exchange that have any strong odors.
  • Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value. 
  • Original Shipping charges or shipping charges back to Bentley Paws are not refundable.
  • Clearance and sale items may have restrictions on returns, please refer to the product descriptions for more information. 
  • Please be sure to get a tracking number when you ship the order back to us. We will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.

    What is your U.S. Holiday return policy?

    • For the holiday season we will be accepting returns for 30 days after Christmas as long as the order was placed on or after November 22.
    • Please note we are are only able to exchange for items of equal or lesser value. If you received the item as a gift and you do not have the original order number we can only offer store credit, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for a refund.
    • Please be sure to get a tracking number when you ship the order back to us. We will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.

    Non-Qualifying Returns

    • Returns that show any type of signs of wear, damage, scents, or alterations will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 

    When will my exchange ship/When will I receive my refund?

    • Please allow 2 weeks from the time your return/exchange is delivered to us for it to be processed.
    • Once your return or exchange is processed we will email you an updated tracking number or a confirmation of your refund. 

    Do your shirts shrink?

    • All our our shirts are pre-shrunk, and should not shrink when washed correctly.

      I received the incorrect item. What should I do?

      • If you received the incorrect item please email us at sales@bentleypaws.com.
      • Once we receive the return, we will send you the correct item as soon as possible!

      I received a damaged item. What should I do?

      • If you received damaged or defective merchandise, please email a photograph of the damaged item to sales@bentleypaws.com along with your order number and we would be happy to begin the exchange process.
      • Damaged or defective merchandise can only be exchanged for up to 15 days after the delivery date. 

      How should I wash my new shirt?

      • Due to the dying process we recommend hand washing or washing on delicate cycle all shirts individually in cold water with a mild detergent for the first few washes. 
      • After that after they have been washed a few times, please wash the shirt in cold water with like colors. 
      • DO NOT USE BLEACH, STAIN STICKS OR ANY STAIN REMOVERS OF ANY KIND ON OUR PRODUCTS.

        What forms of payment do you accept?

        • We currently accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.

        When will my credit card be charged?

        • Your credit card will be charged as soon as we verify that your item is in stock.
        • Our stock quantities are constantly changing and we don't want to charge you for something that maybe on backorder without contacting you first to make sure you still want the item. 

        When I place an item in my cart or wishlist, is it reserved for any period of time?

        • Placing an available item in your shopping cart and/or wishlist does not reserve that item.
        • Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you place your order and receive an e-mail confirmation that we've received your order.
        • Our inventory is constantly changing so if you see something you want you might want to order it before we are out of stock.
